Fox & Mandal is inviting applications for a six-month long-term internship with its Corporate Practice at the Bengaluru office, offering practical exposure to transactional and advisory corporate work.

Location: Bengaluru (in-office, 5 days a week)
Duration: 6 months
Date of joining: 1 March 2026 (flexible)

Eligibility criteria

1. 4th-year law students
2. Prior internship exposure to corporate law practice

Roles and responsibilities

• Assisting with transactional support
• Supporting corporate advisory matters
• Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, including NDAs and employment agreements
• Conducting legal research related to corporate matters
