The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is inviting applications for the post of Joint Registrar on a deputation basis at its Chennai Bench. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates with a background in law and administrative matters.

Eligibility
- Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, Tribunals, or Statutory Organisations, or those from State/Higher Judicial Services
- Must hold an analogous post on a regular basis or:
- A post in Level-12 in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission with 5 years of regular service
- A post in Level-11 in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission with 10 years of regular service
- Degree in law from a recognized University
- Experience in personnel and administrative matters
Deputation Details
- Officers in the feeder grade who are in direct line of promotion are not eligible.
- Deputation period: Initial appointment for 1 year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance, with a maximum period of 5 years.
- Maximum age limit for deputation: 56 years on the closing date of application.
Salary
- Level-13 in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission:
- Rs. 1,23,100 - Rs. 2,15,900
