About the Opportunity

NLIU Bhopal is inviting applications for the positions of Research Assistant and Interns under the IPR Chair. These roles are offered on a contractual basis and provide an excellent opportunity to work in the field of intellectual property research.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in research activities related to Intellectual Property Rights
• Support ongoing projects under the IPR Chair
• Contribute to academic and policy-oriented research work
• Assist in documentation, analysis, and report preparation

Eligibility Criteria

Research Assistant:

• Graduate / PG / LL.M. / Ph.D. Scholar
• Preferable age limit: 35 years

Interns:

• LL.B. students (3rd–5th year of 5-year course or 2nd–3rd year of 3-year course)
• LL.M. students or graduates (IP specialization preferred)
• Ph.D. scholars in Intellectual Property Law

Salary / Stipend

• Research Assistant:
  • Graduate: ₹47,000/month
  • PG/LL.M.: ₹57,000/month
  • Ph.D. Scholars: ₹67,000/month
• Interns: ₹10,000/month

No. of Positions

• Research Assistant: 1
• Interns: 4

Duration

• Based on project requirements and performance
• Research Assistant must commit to a minimum of 1 year (bond required)
