About the Opportunity

McDonald’s Corporation is hiring for the role of Legal Specialist – Contract Lifecycle Management.

The selected candidate will join the Global CLM Organization, which focuses on simplifying, digitizing, and standardizing contracting processes across the enterprise. The role involves supporting various contract types and collaborating with cross-functional teams on contract management and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the contract intake process and verify contract details across systems
• Facilitate contract execution and approval workflows using DocuSign
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s contract standards and requirements
• Maintain and organize contract records within the CLM tool
• Support document management and agreement reporting efforts
• Collaborate with legal and business teams on contracting workflows

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of legal training
• Experience working with Icertis or a similar CLM tool
• 1–3 years of legal assistant or administrative support experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English, particularly in legal environments
