About the Opportunity

Treelife is inviting applications for a Legal Internship with its Transactions Team at its Mumbai office.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to transactional work, due diligence, and compliance processes, making it ideal for students interested in deal-making and corporate advisory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence processes
• Support transaction and compliance-related work
• Conduct legal research on corporate and transactional matters
• Assist the team on ongoing deal-related assignments

Eligibility Criteria

• Students in 4th–5th year of LL.B.
• Strong interest in transactional and regulatory work
