About the Opportunity

Argus Partners is hiring for the role of Associate in its Corporate & M&A, PE/VC team at the Bengaluru office.

This role involves advising on corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate and M&A transactions
• Work on private equity and venture capital deals
• Conduct legal due diligence
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Provide advisory support on general corporate matters
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Eligibility Criteria

• Law degree (LL.B.)
• 2-4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Skills Required

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of corporate laws and transactions
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments
