About the Opportunity

Airbus India is inviting applications for a Legal Apprentice role in its Legal & Compliance Department in Bangalore. This apprenticeship offers exposure to corporate legal operations, compliance, and contract management within a global organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts)
• Maintain and update contract databases
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case laws
• Assist in compliance reports and legal documentation
• Support projects related to regulatory changes

Eligibility Criteria

• Law degree (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.Com LL.B) – Fresh graduates
• Preference for candidates with corporate law internship experience
• No prior full-time work experience (internships allowed)
• Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of corporate law concepts
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Strong communication skills (fluent English)
• Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn and adapt

• Exposure to legal operations and compliance frameworks
• Understanding of contract negotiation and management
