The role involves providing end-to-end legal support across commercial contracts, procurement, and corporate matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, Statements of Work (SOWs), and customer/vendor agreements.
• Legal Support: Assist global commercial and procurement teams in day-to-day legal matters.
• Risk Analysis: Review tenders and RFPs to identify legal risks.
• Corporate Legal Activities: Support general corporate and administrative legal matters.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams to provide timely, effective legal guidance.
