About the Job

Inviting applications from law graduates (2-4 years PQE only), enrolled with the Bar Council and willing to learn and take up challenging work before various Courts and Tribunals, in addition to the General Corporate and Due Diligence practice of the firm to enhance and sharpen their professional skills & career.

Job description: Corporate & Commercial Litigation; Legal & Title Due Diligence; and General Corporate practice.

Eligibility

• The applicant must be well versed with procedural laws.
• The applicant must be well versed with and must have requisite research skills and should be capable of and must have a fair share of experience in drafting of legal documents (Lit & Non-Lit).
• The applicant must be capable of appearing in Court(s) independently.

PQE : minimum 2-4 years (must have some prior work experience and individual appearances before Court(s)).

Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Remuneration: Industry Standards.
