About the Job

DLS Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its General Corporate / PE-VC / M&A practice at the Noida office. The role is suited for motivated legal professionals with experience in corporate advisory and transactional work, offering exposure to high-value mandates and strategic legal advisory.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in General Corporate Advisory, PE/VC transactions, and M&A matters
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Professional approach with high standards of integrity and accountability

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence on corporate and commercial transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, transaction documents, board resolutions, legal opinions, and advisory memoranda
• Assist in structuring and execution of PE/VC funding rounds, M&A transactions, and corporate reorganisations
• Advise on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and statutory filings under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and related laws
