About the Opportunity
TMT Law Practice is looking for a commercially-sound lawyer to join the Transactions, Advisory and Policy (TAP) team.
Qualification
- Post Qualification Experience of 3-4 years in product counsel/advisory for new products/features
- Some years of experience in policy advocacy, government affairs, and/or PE/VC transactions
- Drafting & negotiating complex commercial contracts, including experience in building playbooks and advise on deal structuring.
Location: out of office in New Delhi on site; other details will be discussed with suitable candidates, as needed.
