About the Opportunity

R. Singh & Associates invites applications for the post of Legal Associate.

The position guarantees extensive hands-on experience in contentious matters, client management and legal strategy formulation and an opportunity to work closely with the litigation and dispute resolution teams, representing clients before various forums such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) as well as High Courts and District Courts.

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities to be undertaken

Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
Attending court proceedings and participating in litigation.
Briefing senior counsels and handling procedural aspects of cases.
Engaging in client consultations and dispute resolution.
Providing legal advice and representation to clients.

Eligibility

Strong expertise in legal research, drafting and litigation.
Prior experience of 2-3 years is preferable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Corporate Law, Taxation, Sports Law, Criminal Law and other relevant legal domains.
Must be enrolled with the respective State Bar Council.
