About the Role
The firm is hiring a Legal Associate (On-site, Full-time) to manage conveyance deed registrations and assist clients at the Sub-Registrar office.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting buyers and sellers during the registry process
2. Resolving issues/ambiguities between parties
3. Ensuring accuracy and timely documentation
4. Providing legal support during registration
5. Collecting due fees after completion
Eligibility
1. LL.B with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
2. Experience in real estate legal work preferred
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
4. Customer-centric approach
No travelling involved
