About the Opportunity
The firm is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Advocates with 1-5 years of experience in Direct & Indirect Taxes (Civil & Criminal), Customs & Narcotics Laws and Litigation before Civil & Criminal Courts, DRT, ITAT, JMFC.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents and legal vetting
- Providing legal opinions for financial institutions & banks
- Briefing Income Tax prosecutions
- Conveyancing & legal research
- Filing and appearing before various courts
Eligibility
- Graduate- LLB/LLM
- 1-5 years (Freshers are also welcome)
- Strong command over English (knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage)
- Prior litigation experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Location: Guru Nanak Nagar, Bhawani Peth, Pune – 411002
Salary: Upto ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month; Negotiable during the interview
