About the Opportunity

Chambers of Advocate Aditya Lele invite applications for the position of Legal Associate- Litigation.

Location: Mumbai

PQE: 1 year (Sanad mandatory)

Field of Practice: Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts & Appellate Courts.

Remuneration: Depends on the experience of the selected candidate and will Discussed upon interview

Date of Joining: November, 2025

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
2. Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
3. Appearance before High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
4. Good research skills.
5. Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
6. Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
7. Team Player

Eligibility

1. LL. B with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience
2. Good written, verbal and presentation skills
3. Strong analytical and research skills
4. Ability to prioritise complex and often interrelated tasks
5. Collaborative style of working
