Location: UIDAI HQ or Regional Offices (PAN India)

Duration: Flexible (Rolling basis, as per project)

Stipend:

• ₹50,000 – PhD (Tech)
• ₹40,000 – PhD (Non-Tech) / PG (Tech/MBA)
• ₹30,000 – PG (Non-Tech) / UG (Tech)
• ₹20,000 – UG (Non-Tech)

Domains Available

• Law: IT Act, Cyber Law, Data Privacy, Public Policy
• Technology: AI/ML, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Big Data
• Others: Finance, Mass Communication, Public Admin, Stats, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will:

• Conduct research in law, tech, or governance domains
• Support policy analysis, legal drafting, or technical documentation
• Participate in national-level digital innovation projects
• Work under senior UIDAI officials and submit project reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Final-year UG/PG/PhD students in Law, Tech, Policy, Finance, Media, or allied fields
• Must demonstrate strong academic performance and interest in UIDAI’s focus areas
• Prior experience or relevant exposure will be a plus
