About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team to handle a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as Nondisclosure Agreements, Supply Agreements, Master Service Agreements, licensing, vendor contracts, advertising, endorsement, marketing, and sponsorship agreements.
You will support new business initiatives by ensuring legal compliance, conducting research on regulatory laws, assisting in advertising compliance, and providing guidance on business policies and service terms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional drafting, negotiation, and advisory work in commercial transactions.
- Experience from a leading law firm or in-house legal team at a multinational corporation is preferred.
- Strong skills in contract analysis and understanding of commercial contract laws.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to assess business processes, spot issues, and propose solutions.
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with all levels of management and employees.
- Strong legal and business judgment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to take up new projects and prioritize workload efficiently under tight deadlines.
