About the Opportunity

Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy is inviting applications for the position of Senior Resident Fellow at its Delhi office.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior Resident Fellow will be an integral member of Vidhi’s Corporate Law and Financial Regulation Team and will independently lead key projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting high-quality legal research and analysis
• Drafting legislative and policy recommendations
• Leading external meetings and stakeholder consultations
• Delivering presentations and representing Vidhi in professional forums
• Managing both commissioned and independent research projects

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Law
• Minimum of four (4) years of demonstrable work experience in Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Insolvency Laws, or Insurance Laws
  • (An LL.M. will be considered equivalent to one year of work experience)
• Postgraduate degree in Corporate and Commercial Laws
• Proven ability to handle matters independently
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities
