About the Opportunity

As part of its ongoing expansion, K&K is seeking experienced IP professionals to join its Patent Prosecution team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in high-precision environments and have a deep understanding of global IP workflows.

Note: This is a strict office-based role located in Greater Noida. Applicants looking for remote work or other locations need not apply.

Eligibility & Skill Set

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of core experience in patent docketing or paralegal roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong command over domestic and international patent filing (PCT/Paris Convention) and portfolio management.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and specialized IP docketing software.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for interacting with international clients and foreign associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Docketing Management: Maintaining accuracy in patent records and managing timely reminders for filings and deadlines.
• Prosecution Support: Handling domestic and international patent prosecution workflows.
• Global Coordination: Communicating with foreign associates and managing foreign prosecution portfolios/annuity matters.
• Client Relations: Responding to procedural queries and ensuring seamless documentation for global IP mandates.

• Ownership: Taking full accountability for assigned mandates and documentation accuracy.
• Proactive Growth: Learning internal practices and providing feedback to enhance existing IP processes.
