Senior Consultant (Legal – AIF)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling legal and regulatory matters in:
  • Investment Banking
  • Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
  • Private Equity / Private Debt
  • BFSI / Insurance
  • Pension Fund sector
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Nationality: Indian citizen

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant (Legal – AIF) will:

• Provide legal and regulatory support for AIF investments
• Conduct legal due diligence of AIFs and related investment activities
• Vet and review SOPs, MoUs, side letters, and Contribution Agreements
• Ensure regulatory compliance under PFRDA, SEBI (AIF) Regulations, and other applicable laws
• Handle legal queries, disputes, and compliance reporting
• Undertake additional assignments as required by the Trust

Salary

• ₹2,25,000 per month (fixed consolidated remuneration)
• Subject to applicable tax deductions
• Annual increment provision upon successful completion of every 12 months, based on performance review
