Eligibility

The firm is looking to hire a talented and motivated lawyer with 3 to 7 years of PQE in:

• General Corporate
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private Equity matters

The ideal candidate should have prior experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firms and demonstrate strong drafting skills, Negotiation skills and Client management skills.
