Nature of Work
• In-depth legal research for matters before:
– Supreme Court of India
– High Courts
– NCLT / NCLAT
– Sessions Courts
• Exposure to laws including:
– Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
– Companies Act
– Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
– TRAI Act
– Prevention of Corruption Act (PC Act)
Work will be timeline-driven, high-priority, and multi-dimensional.
Eligibility
1. 5th / Final year law students
2. Prior exposure to white collar & regulatory disputes
3. Minimum 4+ relevant internships
4. Ability to draft:
– List of Dates
– Synopsis
– Factual Notes
– Legal Notes
