About the Internship

Advocate Aayush Shankar, practicing primarily before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, is looking for a proactive remote intern for the March–April 2026 cycle. This role is unique as it blends core legal research with Business Development (BD), making it ideal for students interested in how an independent legal practice grows and scales.

About the Role

The chamber is looking for a "fun to work with" individual who takes initiative. For this role, attitude and intent are prioritized over a perfect CV. You will be expected to be responsive on WhatsApp and comfortable "figuring things out" independently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Law student (any year of 3-year or 5-year LL.B.).
• Skills: Comfortable with both legal drafting and BD-related outreach.
• Traits: Proactive, organized, and highly reliable with deadlines.
• Interest: A genuine curiosity about technology law, company law, and the business side of law.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Deep dives into Company Law, Tech Law, Civil, Criminal, and International Law.
• Drafting: Assisting with case briefs, legal notes, and basic commercial agreements.
• Business Development: Researching prospects, outreach support, and tracking leads to help grow the practice.
• Litigation Support: Case-law research and summaries for matters appearing before the Apex Court.
