The role involves providing critical support to the firm's core practice areas. Selected interns will be integrated into the workflow of active cases, assisting with contract lifecycle management and litigation support.

Eligibility

• Academic Year: Law students in their 3rd year or higher (5-year course) or 2nd year or higher (3-year course).
• Skills: Strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and professional communication.
• Aptitude: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research and comprehensive case law analysis.
• Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of legal notices, agreements, and pleadings.
• Transactional Support: Supporting the team in contract review and due diligence exercises.
• Management: Maintaining case files and providing general administrative support to the legal team.
