Internship Details
- Location: New Delhi
- Duration: 4-6 weeks
- Vacancies: 2 interns
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Nature of Work
- Drafting and vetting corporate documents (MOA, AOA, agreements, legal notices, etc.)
- Assisting in company incorporation and compliance matters
- Legal research on Company Law and case laws
- Supporting due diligence and regulatory compliance work
Who Can Apply
- Law students in 3rd, 4th, or final year
- Prior exposure to Company Law / M&A / Banking & Finance preferred
- Knowledge of LPO/KPO work is an added advantage
