About the Internship

Hindustan Unilever Limited is inviting applications for a Legal Internship with its Legal Team (Organised Trade and Sales Technology). The internship offers an opportunity to work closely with business teams and understand the intersection of law, technology, and commercial operations.

Eligibility

• 3rd or 4th-year law student
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Enterprising mindset with interest in commercial, intellectual property, and technology laws

Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Advising business teams on contractual, technology, and competition law issues
• Working on projects related to brand protection and counterfeiting on digital platforms
• Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving legal operations
• Conducting research on intellectual property, data privacy, and digital commerce issues
• Preparing internal notes, presentations, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on sales technology projects
• Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing business impact
