About the Internship

This is a long-term, full-time internship designed to provide deep immersion into the in-house legal operations of a major financial corporation. Interns will be integrated into the Contract Management and Legal Advisory team, gaining hands-on experience in corporate legal practice and financial regulations.

Eligibility

The program is ideal for:

Law Students or Recent Graduates seeking comprehensive in-house legal experience.
Candidates with a keen interest in Corporate Law, Financial Regulation, and Data Protection.
Individuals who can commit to a full-time, 12-month duration in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and management of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
Commercial Negotiations: Supporting the legal team in analyzing contract terms and identifying legal risks during negotiations.
Legal Advisory: Researching and preparing inputs for internal legal advisory matters.
Compliance & Privacy: Assisting with data protection and privacy law frameworks, which are critical to the insurance sector.
