About Justice Dr. Mukundakam Sharma
Justice Dr. Mukundakam Sharma (born 18 September 1946) is a distinguished Indian jurist who served as a judge of the Supreme Court of India from 2008 to 2011. Beginning his legal career in the Gauhati High Court, he went on to hold key positions including Advocate General for Mizoram and Nagaland, and later served as Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court. Renowned for his contributions to constitutional, civil, and service law, he dedicated over four decades to the Indian judiciary.
About the Job
Justice Dr. Mukundakam Sharma (Former Justice of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India) is looking for a Law Researcher to take up the active role for assisting him with his ongoing Arbitrations. The role envisages utmost sincerity from the candidate coupled with eagerness to learn. The candidate shall get immense exposure on Arbitration matters on a daily basis. The candidate should be research oriented and possess immaculate drafting skills to fill in the role.
Scope of work
1. Taking up rigorous research work.
2. Regular assistance in drafting as and when required.
3. Managing the working of matters under Justice Dr. Sharma
Eligibility
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Arbitration and the concerned law.
