Zeal Attorneys is inviting applications from eligible law students and graduates for a legal internship for the month of March 2026. This internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation, corporate law, and regulatory compliance work.

About the internship

The internship is designed for candidates interested in litigation support, drafting, legal research, and corporate advisory work across diverse practice areas, including commercial and white-collar matters.

Eligibility criteria

1.Final-year students of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme, or LL.B. graduates
2.Strong research and analytical skills
3. Interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research
4. Inclination towards corporate law, commercial litigation, white-collar crimes, and allied areas

Roles and responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting of representations
• Assisting in legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing litigations
• Case research, drafting pleadings, and preparing briefs for matters before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
• Research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory developments
• Assisting with vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement documentation
• Reviewing internal policies and updating compliance frameworks
• Providing advocacy and litigation support with attention to detail and professionalism
