About the Internship

The Office of the Deputy Solicitor General of India is inviting applications for a prestigious Legal Internship at the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Indore Bench. Selected interns will work closely with the legal team, gaining direct exposure to litigation and case preparation on behalf of the Union of India.

About the Job

Selected interns will assist the legal team in research, drafting, and comprehensive case preparation for ongoing litigation before the High Court. This role offers a unique vantage point into the intersection of government policy and judicial proceedings.

Eligibility

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Academic Standing: Law students currently in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated programme (or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme).
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a foundation in procedural laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Research: Conducting detailed case law and article analysis relevant to active litigation.
• Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of pleadings and legal documents across varied matters.
• Briefing: Preparing concise notes and case summaries on complex legal issues.
