About the Opportunity

Nayan is inviting applications for an intern who is passionate about corporate law, compliance, and intellectual property, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Eligibility

Final-year LLB student or recent legal intern.

Note: Must be available to work from Delhi office (Mon–Fri)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and IP matters.
2. Help maintain legal records and assist in team meetings.
3. Assist in drafting and organizing internal legal documents.
4. Support compliance processes and documentation.
