About the Opportunity

Nykaa is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Intern for its South Mumbai headquarters. This role is ideal for students who want to move beyond academic research and dive into the daily operations of a fast-scaled corporate legal department.

Mode: 🏢 Work From Office (Offline) 

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Currently pursuing a Law degree (3-year or 5-year LL.B.).
• Traits: Strong attention to detail and a proactive "ownership" mindset.
• Interest: A keen interest in Commercial Contracts and Legal Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting: Assisting in the creation and review of vendor and service contracts.
• Contract Lifecycle: Supporting the management and digital archiving of legal agreements.
• Legal Tech: Gaining hands-on experience with modern legal technology tools used for workflow automation.
• Coordination: Liaising with internal business teams (Marketing, Tech, Operations) to facilitate legal clearances.
• Research: Conducting legal research on e-commerce regulations and compliance.
