About the Internship

The Legal Department at Havmor is seeking a dynamic Legal Intern for a long-term stint. This role is designed to provide practical, hands-on exposure to the inner workings of an in-house legal team, moving beyond theoretical research into active contract management and corporate advisory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an LL.B. or LL.M.
• Core Skills: A strong foundational understanding of Corporate Law and excellent drafting skills.
• Communication: Proficiency in professional communication is essential for coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting: Assist in the preparation and review of various commercial legal documents.
• Contract Management: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate agreements and renewals.
• Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on FMCG regulations, labor laws, and intellectual property.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize the company’s legal records and litigation files.
