About the Role
YES BANK is hiring a Legal Counsel (On-site) for its Mumbai office to support lending, security creation, and cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1.Draft/review lending & security documents
2.Coordinate with external legal counsels in India & abroad
3.Vet product/process notes and policies
4.Provide legal advisories and assess regulatory risks
5.Track relevant laws and regulatory updates
Eligibility
1.LL.B; LL.M preferred
2.4–8 years’ experience in banks/law firms handling cross-border or wholesale banking matters
3.Strong knowledge of lending and security-creation laws
4.Litigation/retail/collections profiles not considered
5.On-site only
