About the Job

ExxonMobil Services & Technology Private Limited is seeking a commercially astute Corporate Attorney. This role is not limited to Indian operations; it involves supporting ExxonMobil’s diverse interests across India and global markets, requiring a deep understanding of international legal standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of PQE in a reputable law firm or multinational in-house department.
• Education: LL.B. from a top-tier school. LLM from a U.S. Law School is highly preferred.
• Licensure: Ideally Licensed to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Specialization: Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a significant advantage.
• Additional: Company Secretary (CS) qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Support: Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and project documents.
