About the Opportunity

The firm is hiring an Associate (Litigation) for its Bengaluru office.

This role involves active participation in litigation matters before courts and tribunals and is ideal for candidates with solid courtroom experience looking to grow in a structured litigation practice.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling matters before District Courts, High Courts, and tribunals
• Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, notices, and written submissions
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
• Assisting in case strategy and supporting senior counsels
• Appearing for routine hearings and procedural matters
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and court officials
• Managing filings, tracking case progress, and ensuring compliance
• Maintaining accurate case records

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. from a recognized university
• Enrolment with a State Bar Council
• 3–6 years of active litigation experience
• Experience in civil/commercial litigation (criminal litigation exposure is a plus)
