About the Job

Unilever is hiring a Legal Associate to join its Legal Powerhouse Team. The role focuses on Contract Lifecycle Management, governance, compliance, and corporate legal management.

Eligibility

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Professional qualification in Law (LL.B.; LL.M. preferred)
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) practicing law in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience in end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Key Areas of Experience

Candidates should have experience in:

• End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (from drafting to execution and renewal)
• Contract negotiation and handling complex agreements, including drafting service contracts
• Governance & Compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks
• Corporate legal management, supporting organizational legal operations and risk management
