About the Opportunity

EY is hiring for the role of  Advanced Legal Analyst (RRM) in its Bengaluru office.

This position involves working in Regulatory Research & Monitoring (RRM), supporting compliance projects and gaining exposure to global regulatory frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and present findings in structured formats
• Interpret statutes, regulations, and case law
• Work on compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assignments
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues where necessary
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Eligibility Criteria

• Law degree (LL.B.)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience

Skills Required:

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (drafting and grammar)
• Ability to interpret statutes and follow structured research methods
• Working knowledge of legal databases (e.g., Westlaw)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
