About the Internship
The Chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Augustine George Masih invites applications for a Judicial Internship on a rolling basis.
Selection is subject to scrutiny by the competent authority. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
This internship is particularly suited for serious law students seeking structured exposure to judicial functioning and courtroom research.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law programme
OR
Final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme - Have completed:
- At least one internship at a Trial Court
- At least one internship at any High Court in India
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior judicial internship experience
- Eligibility conditions may be relaxed in cases demonstrating exceptional legal skills and experience.
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for assessment of:
- Legal knowledge
- Professional demeanor
- Communication skills
- Failure to respond to communication may result in cancellation of candidature.
- Selected candidates are typically informed 3-4 weeks prior to the commencement date.
- Confirmation of availability is required at least 2 weeks before joining.

- The internship is unpaid.
- Interns must independently arrange:

- No stipend or financial assistance is provided.
