About the Role

The Senior – Compliance Review (Legal) position is part of the Risk Advisory – Legal & Compliance practice. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and compliance, helping organizations identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across different sectors.

Eligibility

Candidates should have:

• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in compliance audits and advisory work
• Project management and stakeholder handling skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client assignments simultaneously

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Legal & Compliance frameworks across multiple law categories, including:
  • Labour Laws
  • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
  • Administrative Laws
  • Secretarial Compliance
  • Financial Regulations
  • Sector-specific laws
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks across sectors
• Develop compliance checklists, manuals, SOPs, policies, and training materials
• Manage compliance tool implementations for multiple clients
• Monitor compliance tools and reporting mechanisms
• Stay updated with statutory and regulatory developments
• Manage teams and projects, and act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for clients
• Prepare reports for senior management and clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage multiple assignments
