About the Job

NaBFID is inviting applications for the position of Senior Analyst – Legal. The role is designed for legal professionals who want to work at the intersection of infrastructure development and finance. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive legal services, ensuring that the bank’s operations are legally sound and compliant with the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) regulatory framework.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: LL.B. from a recognized University/Institution.
• Desirable: Masters in Law (LL.M.) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Preferred Background: Experience as a Law Officer handling Corporate or Project Finance related matters.
• Skills: Proficiency in IT/Computer use and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Providing end-to-end legal services and advice as required by the bank.
• Documentation: Assisting in the design of operations, vetting, drafting, and negotiating complex legal agreements and documents.
• Compliance: Ensuring a deep understanding and application of the legal framework operating within the BFSI domain.
• Administrative Support: Handling any other legal or administrative tasks assigned by the management.
