Role Overview

The Legal Counsel is a pivotal position within the P&G legal department. You will be responsible for executing legal strategies that protect and enable P&G’s diverse portfolio of brands. This is an individual contributor role that offers a blend of independent task management and collaborative networking across different business categories.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: LL.B. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Professional Qualification: Company Secretary (ICSI) qualification is highly preferred.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid license to practice law in India.
• Experience: Prior experience in a corporate legal role is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills for effective internal and external influencing.

• Strategic Execution: Contribute to and implement legal strategies for specific brands and business channels.
• Innovation: Identify and lead the development of new legal techniques, procedures, and services.
