MFAR Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Labour Laws & Compliance Lead for its Bangalore operations. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with strong, hands-on experience in construction workforce compliance and labour law litigation.

Role Overview
The position requires a practical professional to manage end-to-end labour law compliance and support large-scale construction projects through effective legal and regulatory handling.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end compliance under CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESI, and allied labour laws
• Handling labour disputes, conciliation proceedings, and legal cases
• Liaison with Labour Department, government authorities, and legal counsels
• Advising project and site teams on workforce and compliance issues
• Supporting audits, inspections, and statutory filings
• Exposure to arbitration and court matters (added advantage)

What They’re Looking For
1. Strong on-ground, practical experience (beyond documentation)
2. Ability to work closely with Project, HR, and Legal teams
3. Effective communication and authority-handling skills
4. Experience in construction site or HO compliance roles preferred

Eligibility
• Experience: 8-10 years
• Qualification: Graduate with LLB / MSW (either or both acceptable)
