About the Job
The ideal candidates should possess sound knowledge of substantive and procedural laws, including IPC, CPC, CrPC, NI Act, Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Companies Act, and other allied legislations. They should be confident in handling court hearings effectively while displaying sincerity, diligence, and hard work in all aspects of their practice.Remuneration will be as per industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Law graduates and candidates upto 2 years of post-qualification experience.
The firm is seeking enrolled advocates who can demonstrate strong drafting and research abilities, with the capability to prepare and finalize drafts independently.
