About the Opportunity
We are hiring Trainee Associates for our Corporate Practice Team at ANM Global. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on high-profile corporate transactions and advisory matters. As a Trainee Associate, you will be involved in assisting with private equity deals, venture capital transactions, securities regulatory issues, and M&A projects, offering a broad exposure to corporate law practice.
Eligibility
- Recent law graduates or final semester law students
- Strong interest in corporate and transactional law
- Prior internship experience in corporate practice is an advantage but not mandatory
Location
Mumbai (Full-time office role with a hybrid working model in Bangalore)
