About the Internship

Applications Now Open for Internship at Wadhwa & Co. Practice Areas: Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Matrimonial & Family Law, Employment & Labour Laws, and Consumer Law Disputes and the intern will have responsibilities like

(i) assist the legal team in managing relevant tasks related to legal research, drafting and compliance.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
(iii) Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.
(iv) Creating and refining content with a focus on legal topics.
(v) Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
(vi) Assistance in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.

Eligibility

(i) Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year Law course.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.
(iv) Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.
(v) Law students eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in litigation. Long-term joiners are appreciated.
