The Centre for Research & Planning (CRP), established in 2015, serves as the dedicated policy think-tank of the Supreme Court of India. The Centre focuses on transformational initiatives and judicial reforms aimed at improving the efficiency and sustainability of the justice delivery system. By bridging the gap between academia, legal education, and judicial administration, the CRP works on developing jurisprudence and enhancing data collection through modern technology.

About the Internship

The CRP is currently accepting applications for in-person, full-time internships for the upcoming months of April 2026and May 2026. Interns will work alongside a team of professionals and officers specializing in legal research and judicial systems.

Eligibility

The program is open to a wide range of applicants, including:

• Young Law Graduates
• Current Law Students from diverse educational and social backgrounds

Duration

• 2 Months (Full-time)

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong interest in Judicial Reforms and Policy Research.
• Proficiency in legal research and data analysis.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, professional environment.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in research projects related to the development of jurisprudence.
• Contributing to data collection and analysis initiatives for judicial efficiency.
• Supporting the CRP team in planning and administrative tasks.
• Engaging in legal studies that bridge the gap between research and judicial administration.
