About the Opportunity
Novation Legal is looking for a Due Diligence Intern to join their team on a full-time basis.
Location: In- Office- LGF, E 45, Greater Kailash Enclave II, Greater Kailash, New Delhi, Delhi 110048
Eligibility
- Enrolment in or completion of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (preferably BBA LL.B or B.Com LL.B)
- Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and data synthesis
- Understanding of business strategy, risk assessment, and investment analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Roles and Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for conducting detailed research, analysing data, preparing comprehensive due diligence reports., supporting financial analysis, vetting strategies, and maintaining organised records of findings.
The intern will work closely with the team to ensure accuracy and depth in all evaluations.
Stipend: The amount will be determined based on performance.
