About the Internship

We are looking for dedicated law students for a Long-Term Hybrid Internship. This session is designed to provide high-level exposure to commercial matters, courtroom intensive legal research , and Seo optimised content development on recent Judgements. Unlike standard internships, we focus on mentoring students to handle real-world B2B legal challenges, including payment defaults, contract drafting, and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on commercial laws, GST, and bank guarantees.
• Drafting: Assisting in drafting complex agreements (NDAs, Reseller, and Sub-contracting agreements) and litigation documents (Writs, Petitions, and Legal Notices).
• Compliance: Assisting in POSH compliance, legal audits, and due diligence for corporate clients.
• Publication: Researching on statutes & legal precedents for matters and writing articles on contemporary legal issues for firm publications.
• Virtual Courtroom Exposure: Observing and assisting in the strategy development for High Court and Trial Court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Students currently pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs from recognized law schools. [Preferably from second year onwards]
• Strong interest in Commercial Litigation, Cybercrime, Corporate Law, and Compliance.
• Excellent research and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to commit to a long-term duration.

Location: Work from Home for now, may call based upon availability

Work Timings: 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. (Flexible)

Salary
