About the Legal Internship at FashionTV India

FashionTV India is inviting applications from recent law graduates for a paid legal internship with its in-house legal team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate, contractual, and regulatory legal functions in a fast-paced entertainment and media environment.

Internship Details

• Location: FashionTV India Office, Santacruz (West), Mumbai
• Mode: Onsite
• Duration: As per mutual agreement
• Stipend: Paid (Amount to be disclosed upon selection)

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will be expected to:

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings on diverse legal topics
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and agreements
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company’s operations
• Support internal compliance functions and maintain legal documentation
• Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal issues
• Provide administrative support to the legal team

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduates with a degree in Law (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent)
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal databases is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Well organized with attention to detail and a professional demeanor
